FAQs

How do request limits work?

Here is an example of how 7 day rolling limits work:

Lets say your request limit is 10
Day 1 – Request 3 items
Day 6 – Request 7 items
Day 7 – You cannot make anymore requests
Day 8 – You can now request 3 more items

Why was my request denied?

  • More than likely the request was denied because it could not be found.
  • No sports will be approved as there is no automated way to manage those events.
  • Asking for 2+ seasons of X show will be denied. If you want to binge watch old seasons please request 2 seasons at a time maximum. When you get close to the end of the season you can request more as long as you have not met your request limit.
  • What are my request limits?

  • No donations – Limit of 1 Movie request No TV requests (7 day rolling)
  • The Parasite – Limit of 1 Movie and 2 Episode requests (7 day rolling)
  • Krona – Limit of 2 Movie and 10 Episode requests (7 day rolling)
  • Brainiacs – Limit of 4 Movie and 25 Episode requests (7 day rolling)
  • Blight – Unlimited requests (Within reason)

How long do things stay on Plex?

If a show is actively being watched then the latest season will be retained.
If old seasons of a show were requested they will stay on Plex for about 60 days unless others are watching those seasons.
For movies, if they are not watched in 60 days they might be purged.

What if I want just the new season?

If you request any episode of the latest season of a continuing show. The system will automatically pickup the new unaired episodes and they will not count toward your limits.

What if the new season of a show is not listed?

Request an episode of the previous season and when the new season is announced/added the system will automatically monitor it for new episodes.

What if I don’t watch a show I requested anymore?

If you no longer watch/want a show you requested then please notify us so it can be removed as long as there are not others watching that show. You can notify us via our support channel.

Can I make requests via messenger/discord/txt/word of mouth/etc?

Not really… In order to manage everything in the simplest way possible everything needs to go though the request site.
